In a clearing at Sydhavnstippen, guitar sextet CRAS premieres a new work by Swedish composer and instrument builder Anton Lindström. Alongside a variety of plucked string instruments, the musicians play “Zztickars”: electric, battery-powered string instruments built frorm fallen branches, transformed into instruments and brought back to nature. Throughout the work, the balance gradually shifts between acoustic and electric sounds as the musicians switch between the Zztickars and their other instruments. The audience is invited to move freely, talk and spend time in nature as the music unfolds as a hybrid between concert, picnic and installation.

Anton Lindström Composer, instrument builder, musician and mandolinist from Gothenburg Sweden, based in Copenhagen. His music deals with the nostalgic, the juvenile and the absurd, incorporating analog electronics, folk tones, and other vernacular elements.
