The concert can be experienced in the Zen 1 hall and is suited for children (under 7 years old)

Violinist Johannes Søe Hansen and pianist Christina Bjørkøe promise lots of fun when they, with composer Mogens Christensen, make it possible to get acquainted with the inner workings of music and feel it with the whole range of the senses.

Precious animals is a mix between a workshop and an "ordinary concert" with small pieces of music inspired by animals. Among other things, we meet the cheeky and cuddly cat catching flies in the summer heat, and the spider that dances around on its eight legs and spins webs.

In Precious Animals, the audience is just as important as the music that Christina and Johannes play: the audience helps create the different animals. Can we wiggle as cheekily as a cat? Can our arms "talk" as much as the cat's tail? Can we pretend we're fish swimming around looking like we're kissing? Through playing, we will answer these questions, and we will get the musicians to play along. Who, then, is really the performer and who is the audience? We'll have to find out, but one thing is certain: we'll both have fun and hear how animals "sound" when they're interpreted through music.

The concert/workshop lasts approximately 45 minutes. After the concert, everyone is welcome to come up and talk to the musicians and take a closer look at their instruments.
